How to make a group

now its been a while since i posted a new thread so hello everyone , anyway ive used the 405th searchbar and to no luck have i found out how to make a group. Anyone who knows please explain so in this thread. Thankyou fellow members

I'm pretty sure you have to have status on the forum, like infantryman or higher.

I could be wrong though
