Even on the tutorial to download those i cant, it says that there isnt any jedifraz. please help
i cant download any files

Those files are long, long gone. Go to the wiki instead for the files. The scaling works with them as well. If you don't know where the wiki is, start reading the stickies in the Pepakura and Cardboard Armor section.

or go to google and type in Halo Pepakura files and it should pop up as a wiki link.
