I can't open a pepakura file in pepakura designer

I downloaded the operator helmet from reach and the cio armor from Halo 5. The operator helmet will open in pepakura designer, but the cio armor won't

Now that I think about it, I may have downloaded a foam file. I don't know. I am very new. I want to download pepakura CIO armor. I want to make CIO armor for the entire suit except for the helmet, which I want to be the operator helmet from Reach. Are there pepakura files I can download for those?
