it probrably is because the movie (i think this is a movie prop) is in the netherlands i think

No it cant be, movie props are movie props, they have temp permits to allow a closed course to have dangerous stunts and scenes take place, they wouldnt allow a warthog off the movie set and legally drive around.

as long as it met basic highway speed and safety guidelines and you had a few hundred to lube up the system, i'm sure you could register it
