im new and planing on making my first thing prolly a recom helmet

Well im good with building things (and following directions, from what i read on here is needed lol)and this is going to be my first build and I would like to know what i would need from start to finish to do a recon helmet, (costs, and where to get the item would be greatly appreciated). I have the pepakura, but not sure on how to scale it to fit my head so help on that would be great..
