nice. did you cut out the original form with a band saw or by hand? i have a band saw, but the blade is too dull and wide... it'd shred everything to pieces

with a classic cutter as the one i broke in the second picture in the second page. you have to be nice to the foam or it will shred as you said

First, as i have already wrote i have bought the spartan armor but didn't even know at that time about this community, i promise i will make one soon, or maybe i will just try something waiting Halo4 and than i will make the new Master Chief armor.

some day i hope to have a spartan lazor for burningman, and im going to put an actual lazor i have thats really high powered, where did you find blueprints of the lazor?

i think i would do very good with this material, but i never get good enough pictures to use

if you look at the first picture, he shows the picture he used as a reference to carve the details, I don't think he used any blueprints

thanks people ^^. About the blueprint, i just have searched for a nice picture of the Laser than i have printed it directly on a graph paper (hoper the term is correct) than i have found one real size of the weapon and after that is all math ^^

That is an amazing Spartan Laser. Did you mix using pepakura and foam or did you solely cut it from a foam build?
