you must try exacto . scissors are not that handy as exacto.

I use a box cutter mostly and an exacto for the tighter cuts. 100 blades for $3 can't go wrong with that.

Some cuts require an exacto knife. I use a scissors because personally it just works better for me, but I always keep an exacto knife knife handy just in case.
