How could you even compare Kamen Rider to an Americanized dub over of Super Sentai? Because thats exactly what "Power Rangers" is. Kamen Rider is much better then that.

You know, i went to school with the kids of the lady that wrote the first power rangers, and if i remember correctly she actually got the idea from her husbands japanese tv collection, but wanted something more positive for her kids to watch. met most of the season one actors too, nice guys (and midget girl)

LOL, I just noticed something really friggin' obvious while working on Zeronos; besides the helmet, chest, belt, and shoulders, his character render is pretty much the same as the Den-O renders. Obviously, this means less work for me, and it also means that Zeronos is just about done, except for the sword(still giving me issues) and the Denebick Buster(slowly chipping away at that one).



Files should be up late Sunday; bars for the altered Decade helmet will be up next following that batch, with Zeronos Vega Form uploaded sometime after.

Yes, I am still going to release the bars for the edited decade helmet, but for putting out a regular version of the helmet, that will take some time. Let me give a quick reminder that when you scale the edited helmet, you will have to scale the bars with the exact same measurements.



Some stuff came up last-minute yesterday so I was not able to do a file upload; I will put the last touches on the files and send them out soon.



EDIT: Zeronos weapons still not done(sorry), but the main files are ready. I'm also using part of the AutoVajin render to try and make the Faiz Edge, or at least the handle part for now and will make the blade part out of other materials; if it comes out as good as I'm hoping it will, I might consider doing a very short run.

finally registered here love whats been done so far started a dark decade costume thanks to shadow who has linked me to the stuff thats been done here, so far only done the knee's,shins and thighs(shings and thighs arnt paper made tho they are repainted storm trooper armor)

Always good to see another KR fan here; out of all the riders you listed, the only ones that currently don't have renders are G4, orga, and glaive; the riders that exist right now are the following(name= base form, anything in parentheses are alternate forms, weapons and other riders):



Kuuga(Mighty, Dragon, Titan, Pegasus and respective weapons)

Agito(Ground, Trinity, Burning, G3)

Ryuki(13 Riders, and both Survive forms)

thanks about the decade helmet, but im okay for helmets i have two decade helmets at the moment, one thats repainted into dark decade's colour scheme and the other in decade's colour scheme im thinking of altering that into complete decade tho so the pepakura's of complete decade will definattly help loads for that project lol



for double ill probably just alter his stuff to look like skull's as double and accel are 2nd favourite to skull lol, either way keep up the awesome work love seeing what ya come up with, if ya need any reference or anything just give me a bell.



that reminds me i need to ask what card is best to create these armors, at the moment ive just used like cereal box card to make the legs, but im wondering if a harder cardboard or card would be best

Just to clarify some things: I did not originally rip the models from the game; this was done by someone else at my request. The only things I can take credit for are cleaning up each rider and making them ready for pepakura unfolding.



Personally, I and most of the users on these forums use cardstock (I use the heaviest cardstock my printer will take) as the base that we work up from, but it all depends on your skill level; Black Tony Starks has shown what can be done with cardboard and it looks absolutely fantastic: Iron man Heavy Artillery Armor. If you feel more comfortable using cereal box card, then by all means go ahead.



If you like, I can modify the Double render and remove the headpiece so its looks closer to Skull(its all I can do to his render for the time being) and upload that; the other little details you will have to take care of.



As I have said before, I am still hoping that Double does get his own game, with better character renders to work with in the future.

thanks for the offer on the character render, but ill wait like you said for it to get its own game, plus im in no hurry to complete skull at this moment in time really, awesome job by the way on clean up and that, ive used 3d studio max in the past so in away i know it can be a hard at times to get a model just right it can wind ya up no end lol just trying to get it to look right lol.

well the only equivalent we have to a walmart is Asda but i dont think that even has any card stock only thin card, if anyone can take a picture of there cardstock that would help me identify the equivalent of it in the uk, showing the thickness would help loads and texture if possible, i would say show me meausurements but i suck at doing it that way lol.



i also noticed that if you do complete form decade and diend, you can get complete form diend done aswell as he uses most of decade's armor and just some small mods to the upper armor and helmet really, either way keep up the awesome work ill try and get some pics of my wip's up this week

I am slowly working on the unfolds ... if not I am sure Caboose is hard at work maybe.. but it might take me a hot moment as I am new to unfolding...lol
