Alright, so I am in need of a little help; outside of fixing the KR renders, I've been slowly working on my Faiz gear and I've hit a snag.

I've gone the opposite route of what McCaboose is doing and scaled it so the helmet is a nice snug fit, which requires it to be split down the middle and put back together, aka 'clamshell helmet'. This is where the snag comes in; I've been looking around for the type of clip/clamp/whatever the hell they are called that is commonly used on PR helmets, but no luck(don't know the exact name of them); tried checking the Lowes and home depot sites and came up with nothing.



Any detective work is appreciated (get your Shotaro on).

Ok too me a min I tracked them down ... of course the ones in japan are a little smaller..

... there are some sellers on www.rangerprops.com that live in thailand and indonesia that might be able to get you a smaller size ones more like the stunt shows use.

Apparently home depot doesn't carry them, but Lowes does; might go down there soon to see just how big they are in-person. If I don't like them, I'll let you know If I need the JP ones.

you know Chicago screws wouldn't be too bad for the clamshell either, or even strap clips. I may also have to redo the decade helmet. didn't use enough resin and rondo so when I was sanding I put a hole in the top DX

Believe it or not there not really that big but if you looking for something smaller then yea its going to be a little difficult. You might find some typing the name in google. Took me a hot min to track down a couple sites with them on it. I have ordered from that site before there not bad. I used a rivet tool to attach them on a sentai helmet. Then you can use stretch material for the hinge at the top of the helmets like most of the kamen rider/sentai helmet makers.

just checked the zeronos and decade files out the decade files are the ones released before the reason he has listed them im guessing is so they are all together in one spot, the zeronos files are awesome, but it seems the game designers left out some details on the hand pads, and chest either way, thanks mcCaboose they rock

yea dled them lol, i think i just misread zeronos as double, i think that is due to lack of sleep on my half lol, the zeronos files will definatly help me do a G-Deno cosplay, i also noticed the Climax heroes designers didnt do much details on his gauntlets aswell

Yea no there models were kind of wack... lol I have all the games and there pretty flat for the most part.. including the new game for wii... flat models for the most part.. I have the ones that oXa uploaded as well for all the riders he has been looking at them in 3d studio max 2010.

Yea, since all that was really needed was to slap a texture over each rider for the game, all the small details were nixed.



For G Den-O, it seems that all you would really need is to alter the helmet for Den-O liner form(god, I love lurking RangerBoard for pictures), whereas his armor you would have to base off of reference pictures.



McCaboose: took a quick look at the weapon files you uploaded; seems like there were some small chunks that got left over on the diendriver.



Still working on the bars, ZeroGasher and Denebick Buster, as well as the Vega armor.
