Anyone mind giving me a hand? I'm trying to create realistic (but cheap) armor based off of the character Kat-B320 in Halo:Reach before Halloween. My deadline is October 23rd. So who knows the fastest, cheapest, and most realistic method to build it based on my shape? It would be much appreciated.

Id have to say pep would be the cheapest but pretty time consuming. You could use clay and it would be more expensive but very detailed. So you can chose which one you feel is more rewarding. but just remember that you have to make silicone molds of the clay sculptures and then cast a wearable version out of a type of hard plastic. And to tell you the truth there is no fast cheap way to make armor sorry for more information email me at halouniverse@hotmail.com

card board i geuss i honastly dont kknow maby just pep a helmet then wear thand and som fancy cloths like slacks and a dress shirt or a suit for halloween

Thanks guys. I will go for the clay, but I'll do that after I do the pepakura base. It just seemed like a good idea. As for the cardboard, my brother wanted to follow me around so it looked like a two person squad, so he's using the cardboard for a Marine costume. Thanks for the help, by the way. :) You guys are brilliant.
