Hi all. I have started on a new set of armor and concept costumes that will be working with about 12-14ft worth of LED Strips (12v DC, 700mAh puck to control power consumption, very large battery powerpack http://www.my-batteries.net/led-str...trip-Light-300-LED-Cold-White-DC-12V-24W.html).

The issue I am facing is that I want to find or create something akin to the Sound Driver (http://www.elwirepros.com/ps1039-to-3039-10393039.html) I have on an ELWire setup of a TRON costume I made a few years back. That driver is an AC 12v 500~mAh output unit and even with a 12v 700mAh puck on the output to switch it to DC current it cooks the Sound Driver within a few minutes of use. This unit reacts to external sound (i.e. in a club or party setting) and this is the effect we are looking for on the new LED Strip build (as seen here:
).

If anyone knows where this sort of Sound Driver, with a 12v DC range of around 700-800mAh output could be purchased, built, or has a bit of skill to educate a noob, please advise. Thanks.
