Quick question-Do you guys think you are ever going to re-visit the liner for the inside rim of the helmet? I remember you guys mentioning that it wasn't working out?

Yeah. This is starting to look good. We did a test vac pull to try the helmet size. It seems to fit quite well.

Of course, we will not be vacuum forming these in the end. This is just for a test. The detail becomes way too soft and we are all about the details.
