Who do I need to contact to have a thread unlocked?

I would like to add to my build thread again but unable. I assume because it's been more than a year since I have.

Hi there, I figured it might be worth recording a build log for my Sean Bradley ODST kit. I have chosen the "Rookie" helmet for my build and will just be doing it as another generic ODST. So far I have the helmet from Sean and the armour and rucksack is ordered and awaiting shipment from him.
