Mother mold first half. 90 min cure time

And the 2nd half, learn from my mistake you need wax to release the clay not just ease release, thanks smooth on tech support, not. I picked clay off for about an hour. Tip, you need a non-sulfer clay to avoid bad chemical reaction as well. I hope the plasti paste doesn't stick to the rebound 25 and the ease release is enough to release the mother mold.

Looking good so far man my fingers are crossed for you.

wow nice helmets! These are awesome looking! Will you keep them a grey color or do you plan on painting them more?

Well the one on the left is primer and the one on the right is so strong casting coloring. But to answer your question I plan on painting, logos, and lights and fans. Any ideas on colors? I kinda like a grey or black with the mirrored visor.

Just for fun I thought I would add some pics of my pep AR. Really like the detail, but I didn't care for all the separate parts. Made it tough to line up. :angry I probably wont do anything with the AR.

grey and black are really cool colors to use! But if you plan on adding some silver battle damage on the grey it might not show up to well. (depending on how you do it) Cant wait to see more pics, that AR is SICK! So many details!

Here's my Template that I made for my double visor. As you can see the outside lines are far from straight on the outside, so it was very difficult based on the outside shape of the helmet. And my M6G. Next up lights, paint, and fans.

Way to go dude! The helmet looks awesome. Please keep us updated on your progress. Nice AR too. Maybe you should mold that too? Just a thought.

Alright here is the updated photos after I repainted it. Words of advice do not go overboard with the chrome paint it wont look real. Now onto the interior padding.
