making a series of weapons

im going to use that realy thick syrofoam, and mold all my weapons and make them plastic, then come megacon/dragon con, i will sell at a booth, to raise funds for me and my friends upcoming spartan unit, (inspired by you) but we cant fly around just for meetings LOL...
