Making Helmets

What materials are necessary for creating a Spartan Helmet? And has anyone had experience with making a Recon helmet? THANKS!!!

Pepakura Designer 3, 110lb. cardstock, black and red pen, exacto knife/scissors (which ever you choose), glue (I prefer hot glue)

Ok thanks, where can I get the Pepakura Designer 3? And About how much time would go into making a helmet?

time depends... but for your first time probly a week or two also depending on how much time u spend on it

The Exacto knife works soooo much better. However you will need a cutting surface. This is because the knife is much more maneuverable, accurate, and fast than scissors.

Btw, I dont know what you need a black and red pen for.

Um foam and a craft knife, and hot glue gun, free hand?

nice foam build! and keezforcer, i use the pens to etch into the fold lines which makes a MUCH easier fold. like this
