This is my Mark VI helmet. I used a file from 405th.com. Here's a video from YouTube.

It's a good start, but it looks to be a bit warped on the top. Maybe some support struts can correct it. Good luck!

Yesterday I cut out the visor now it's really better. Photos comes soon

I would really recommend resin and fibreglass. Or how about putting the plaster on the inside next time to save some of the details`? It looks good, but it's a little deformed and hasn't got a very smooth surface.
Maybe Plaster on the inside and bondo on the outside?
