The whole suit is made of medium-def files which were edited by mr.oreo123 to make smoother builds and was made with the hot glue method.

Just so you all know the visor I colored in with photoshop.
I'm going to give it a tint with a yellow divider later so the real thing looks good.

On instructables.com I saw some guy cut a visor out for his motorcycle helmet out of a 2 liter pepsi bottle.
I did the same thing and it worked, but It just needs tint which I will do with a divider later today.
