anyway- off to updates. (hopefully)

I havent really updated lately because of business and procrastination (i just got my license, that's a little bit of both)
but here's a tiny update.


I re-primed and added my blacks to the helmet (turned out well i think)

and i spent a whole day painting, and the orange didn't go on well at all, and the tape wasn't on very well either, so epic fail there. and i also noticed a couple of rough spots i would like to clean up in the back.

so i re-primed it once again.

I just added some bondo, waiting on that to dry before i do anything else, i'm probably just going to bondo what needs to be bondo'ed before i do any sanding or progression at all.

That's why when I paint mine, the secondary color will be white, so the middle piece and the two rectangle pieces will be white and not stand out as much from the helmet overall.

well as a secondary color scheme i want a black(or dark grey) with white on the face part. i'm pretty sure i'm going to stick with blue and orange though.

Sweet helm! I'm workin' on my first suit - Mk VI, and I don't think I'd have the patience to do all those folds on the facemask! I respect your perseverence, and good luck on future builds, too!

alright, it's been a really really really long time since i've updated, so i figured i'd just show you guys where i am on... well everything.

(i actually finished this today)

and my super awesome little brother modelling. haha.


anyway, i'm finishing the codpiece up hopefully tonight and i'm going to crack down on the knee/shin and probably build the other one, or start my other shoulder, then the torso. i dunno yet lol. i might just hit the torso full force after i finish the 2 i've started just to get it out of the way. we'll see what happens.

looks awsome dude. iam doeing a eod too. but i was wondering how to get the sholders on the forarms? just pep the forarm upntill the shloderplate and then stop and glue the eod on?

This EOD looks sweet and with the rogue you should finish it fully eg put in the visor and paint it!!

I've also resined everything else that was pepped before, i'll have pictures up ASAP

this weekend i'm staying with ellen, and i'm going to work on the shin that i started, and probably start something else if i finish it.

ALLLLLRIGHT, quick update, I spent about 2 hours sanding down the rougher spots of my helmet, and adding bondo and such, and I reprimed and began painting. here's some progress pictures

I've already layed down a couple other colors, I'll post more pictures tomorrow.

Looking good, however I may reccomend getting some spot puty to fill in the "bubles" left behind from the bondo, trust me, it helps a lot.

Spent most of today at Jessmo's house, we finished painting and weathering it. added the lenses. now all i have to do is pad it.
