Thanks guys, I still have some touchup to do on the point of the blade, and I'm waiting to get a dremel attachment so I can get started on the sheath. I got an old washing machine info display from when i used to work a sears thats made out of plastic that i think might work for the sheath.
And thanks for telling me how to post pics in the threads Darkrider9.
 
I would not recomend pep for small props like that. When I did my kukri it was wood, so I know that wont break after some "asassinations"
 
Didn't think of that, I just decided that it was simple enough with the amount of cardstock i had on hand to try. I may go in and reinforce it with something later after i coat it with hardener
