My first odst build

Diving into this stuff full force. I started making a reach spartan but couldnt get it how i wanted so moved on to the ODST.

I figured the best way to hold it together was as one main piece. I used velcro on the side armor piece as a large strap to hold it together.

Chest armor going in. Not the best seams but im hoping to seal them up well. (And yes i know the winds are upside down. I fix them)

Everything finished to date and attached to the chestpiece, still many details to put on but the majority of the foam is done
 
Looks clean so far!! Very nice :D
Have you thought about paint schemes and accessories and the such? Always love seeing those
 
Great work. Following for future updates! Now we both gotta get to 50 posts so we can officially join colonial!
 
As you can see on this sniper rifle build I was working on at one point

I mean if it bugs you then it bugs you, but I don't really mind it. This is the shin piece from my suit, and it's smothered in kwik seal. In the right picture I've circled every seam that I filled with kwik seal. It is smoother than the foam which makes it look a bit shinier, but I also used silver paint on all the edges to give the effect of chipped paint so the extra shine from the kwik seal doesn't stand out as much.
