Are you looking for a lot of details and many folds? (slyfo)

Not as many details, but simple folds? (FS)

Smooth looking and simplistic? (DF4L)

Depends on the helm type and detail. If you don't like folding and sticking, then go for a more basic one and model over it. If you want less work after forming, go for a high detail one.
