Yes, it will have a clip that will work just like the real thing. I don't have pics but M6G #2 has a working clip!

I can't wait to get the package! I'm planning on having to clips. One with your pakage mounted in it and the second will be a working clip I just described.

Yes, but what you don't see in the pic is on the other side, where there is an ejection port and you can see the begginings of the barrel and the bullit in the clip that will be pulled up and chambered as the slide goes forward.

Like Link4044 said, the M6G the front stay while the rear moves back to eject the spent round the goes forward picking up the next round.

Definitely did not realize that in the game. I guess I'm just use to normal guns lol, well anyways, great job none the less. And thanks for the realization.

How can we sign up for wood shop classes with you?
I loved wood shop back in the day. I guess thats probably why I enjoyed working in a custom cabinet shop years ago, it was one of my favorite jobs. Being able to create something from wood / wood products has always been fun for me. The clip alone is a work of art. Awesome work. What are your favorite tools of the trade? Do you use anything out of the ordinary?

Talk about attention to detail! That's not to say others, like Link here, haven't done some really good builds for the pistol, but this is the first time I've ever seen someone put as much thought into the inner workings as they have its outward appearance. Definately a first. Really awe-inspiring work there, buddy!

Nothing out of the ordinary. I use the scroll saw a lot and a belt sander mostly. Then I have the drill press table saw and radial arm saw. I want to get a lathe. Then I can make some of the more fancy barrels on some of the weapons.

I had made all kinds of things, swords, knives, clocks, cabinets, and other odds and end. Then I happened onto the Wizardofflights blue prints and thats how I came to find the 405th. It amazed me what all I seen here. There are a lot of very skilled people on this site that also have passions for making beautiful things with there own hands. I like the commaradre that goes on, teaching, helping, and advising.

Thanks for the comments! The M6 model has been in all the halo's like (box o crayons) said. Just different models. Go to Halo Wikipedia and it explains all the different models.

They have had wood lathes longer than they have had for metal. The oldest were turned by hand. Watch Yankee Workshop on PBS. He shows how they used to do woodworking before there was power. Very interesting.

I've finished the laser mount and most of the detailing. Wording on the sides is all thats left.
