I really like that helmet... I need to get into this PEP stuff, I've been working with resin for many years and never thought of this. I've been sculpting, molding and casting this whole time....

Ah man pep is awesome. Especially since of the new rise in level recently.

I sprayed both the inside and outside in double thick clear acrylic sealer, then I primed the outside with black to see the details that need to be bondo'ed better. The grey primer I have is too light to see details well. I am planning to put small laptop fans in the cheeks. I will post a tutorial of the vent system and its pepakura pattern when I am finished building it.

i wouldn't put fans in the cheeks, i think it would look a little to weird. just cut a few vent holes in the pipe parts in the front, that should be enough to keep you from suffocating.

It looks really good man. The only problem about the fans, would be the level of noise. Falling Jihad had the right idea though. But that is just constructive criticism, so don't listen to me if you don't want to. I'm just thinking out loud
