Here is my progress thus far. It's my second pepakura build.

Next step, probably a little more paint (black & metallic) then I'll probably gift it to a friend when it's complete.
 
You're not going to say, resin it for more reinforcement before gifting it? Or is 110lb cardstock much stronger than the paper I'm used to? (i've never used it before)
 
110lb cardstock is really just a thin cardboard (thinner than a cereal box). Resin would strengthen it some before the primer and paint.

No, I'm not going to resin it or anything. I'll probably try that with my next project. 110lb isn't really tough, no. The gun wouldn't hold up to any abuse, but it's fine sitting on a shelf for looking at. :)

I use the 'lightly score the fold lines with a hobby knife' method. All freehand. I do all of the scoring before I cut out the pieces.

I find it works nicely and (relatively) quickly.
