Take a photo of your body areas with a clearly visible ruler near each part. You can then go two ways. One: you can compare these photos to images of the armour, looking where the pieces begin or end (eg, does the top of the forearm piece line up with the Wearers elbow). Now use the rulers in the photos to calculate the size of the armour pieces relative to your own body parts. Two: superimpose the armour plans over your photos in something like Photoshop. You’ll be able to see the rulers next to the armour pieces to work out their final size. Either way, now print the armour templates with the pieces at the right size. You can use a good photo editor to resize the templates to the right measurements.
