Emile is a standard Mk. V spartan with different helmet, shoulders, and grenades on the chest. Find the "Official Halo reach pepakura files thread" it's all there.

Emile's armor consists of:

Helmet: EVA
Right Shoulder: Security (with Kukri)
Left Shoulder: Operator
I don't know the name of his chest, sorry.

the chest is just the regular reach spartan chest just with all of the grenades attached to it, and @Dr Dre if this gives you an idea for the grenades maybe you could find a grenade belt or make one
