well, i dont about here, but on most of my sites, we use a system called,
C&c (comments and crit)

ive got both....

i love it...
but doesnt the visor seem alil tall to anyone?

I did this before Pepakura arrived on the scene. Made my own templates from cardstock and all. I was gonna release them in some fashion, but I thought no one would every have the patience for all the folding and such. Now, it's kinda too late. Pepakura is much easier to assemble and re-scale, and much more accurate.
 
I thought it was your tutorial I had read yesterday.

I was thinking there might be a way to do it with transparencies and something that would adhere to the faceplate/lens/shield/whatever. That way you don't have to drop $ for 2 mirrored faceplates, nor spend the time that it takes to dremmel. But it'd be hard to get the crisp lines possible with using one.

Cool helmet, and all the better 'cause you didn't "cheat" with Papakura.
