Hey, i'm a noob to the site although i've been doing pep for a few months on and off. I've completed the pep for a HD Spartan helmet and i'm about half way through a HD ODST rookie helmet. (I'll try to get some pics soon). I'm a little worried about the stabillity and integrity of the paper when I resin. but i'm going to have a read through the stickys see if theres anything there before I post about it.

Welcome to the 405th Buck. I would say that with the HD models, you will want to resin it in sections, no all at once. If you do this, and you use 110 lb cardstock, you should be fine. I had little to no warping with ODST helmet, and I resined it in stages, starting with the top, then sides, back, then front. The stickies are a big help. I spent about the first 4 months here just reading stickies, tutorials, and looking at other peoples work. It's really helpful. Anyway, good luck with your project and look forward to seeing some pics of your work.
