i know thats a good trade off but i would rather buy a new one and keep the old one incase some games are incompatible... my psp had that issue when the new one came out. older games couldnt be played or they would lagg.
Its not that bad the DSI, I would trade in my ds lite in due time. The DSI has a built-in web browser, where as you had to pay $30 to buy the one with the gba expansion to browse the web on the DS and DS lite.
my brother got one, it really doesnt look that much better. sure the camera thing is kinda entertaining but still. plus it cant play original gameboy games like the rest of the DS versions. but idk i really dont know much about it.
In my opinion, I wouldn't trade in my DS lite for a DSi. My friend got one and the DSi has somewhat less battery life than the regular DS Lite. And without the GBA slot, you can't really play some of the guitar hero games for the DS. But its not that big of a deal I suppose. I'll probably get one when I have some extra cash. But for now I don't think I'm going to trade in my DS lite.
