A petition is for people who AGREE with your ideas and beliefs so they sign stating they too agree. Usually they get something out of it too, so what do I get out of this? Watching you get recon armor? That's really fun for me!

Again, asking people to sign and calling them fools isnt too attractive. I was going to sign this, but after reading, I've decided you dont need my help, because you dont even care about me. No one is going to benefit from this but you, why dont you work to get your own recon armor like everyone else does? If we're signing this, we should all get it.

For crying out loud AoBfrost i don't want the armour because it looks ugly anyway i wouldn't even use it im happy with ODST, rogue, scout and my katana body armour. Im doing this petition to try and get it so i can take screenshots with it as people keep requesting for it in their sigs. I wouldn't even use it because in my humble opinion it looks ugly (no one quote me on that).

P.S. the fool thing ummmm reference to Mr T.

So unless you work your ass off to make some sweet halo 3 map variants that bungie likes, or think of a hilariously funny machinima or get a job at bungie you won’t be getting recon.

You wont get RECON for siggies, Digitalph33r worked his ass of for 3 years to get it.... You might get one if you send a recon helmet (wearable) to bungie

Digitalph33r didnt make his movies for recon armor, he made them for fun, and bungie saw them, and boom they gave my recon armor. He didnt do it for the armor, but did it for his own and others entertainment.

And Keegan, I dont need to even be here for this entire thing to fail, bungie would just delete the petition once they checked their email, I'm sure they get 100000 emails a day asking for recon armor, what makes this one any different?

I don't see a need to lock, it doesn't hurt to try... or does it? Surely you aren't intending to just ask them? Thats the best method the ensure that you WON'T be getting Recon..

It's like lightning dude. You don't know where or when it's gonna strike, just that it will.

I won't discourage you from trying, but I think you'd be better off in this attempt by :

1. NEVER mentioning Recon to anyone.
2. Achieving something great and instantly applauded by the halo community for epic win.

That being said, you'll need to do something that no one has done before, and make sure it ends up in a form that Bungie can see.. sooo. do something in-game that nobody else has ever done... or a fabulously popular machinima.. and submit it to web sites that Bungie is sure to see.

I think you'd have better odds doing that than getting anonymous signatures from the interwebz.

but i don't see what i can do to even attmept to rival the "traffic cone suicide" or Digitalph33r's machinima. i mean i have a capture card but it only works for halo 2. My mind isn't brilliant and i can't just come up with things that i think could turn out hillarious, more often than not they just end out a complete failure e.g. my life. if any of you have any ideas but then again you would have done those ideas a long time ago. in this instance what i suggest is that everyone with an active bungie user account attempt to find something funny or accidental that causes laughter and just keep posting on their forums to get it noticed. this way even thought it probably wont happen one of the community members on here gets the armour and i just ask them to pose in what ever position, emblem, colour and background i need. deal?


P.S. either that or someone make all the armour for recon in real life with all different weapons and halo vehicles and i be the camera man =].

Yea but theres no point, usually petitions help more than the person who started it, this petition only benefits CH13F. The people that have received recon armor in the past got it because: something hilariously funny happened to them in game, made great machinimas (Digital Ph33r), or made awesome forge maps, in other words amazed Bungie. I don't think that taking a picture in theater mode then editing it in photobucket or any other editing software will amazed Bungie one bit.
