Oh Man, A ONI OS Would be the SHIZ. I would kill for it. If you need any references for what an ONI site would look like. There is this awesome site to advertise ODST that looks and works like an ONI Secure connection page.. Check it out...

Just thought I'd flash this in here - the Operation Chastity combat laptop. We've got 4 ready to use. Great props. :)

Pete, are those working Toughbooks, or did you "prop" 'em up?

Regarding the original subject... you're far, far braver than I am. :)

Nice work on the mods, and painting!

Here's a related question: I see most everyone hand paints their logos and graphics...

(Armor, this laptop, etc.)

Why?

Aren't there high res graphics files available of the various UNSC logos and such?

You can buy pretty inexpensive water transfer decals and end up with decent "factory"

labels on your armor and props.

Just curious, and again, well done on the mod.

Peter does use water transfers. I paint mine on, because I am bored, and it gives me more to work with in terms of looking more realistic with wear and tear.

Ah, okay. You can still weather a decal though, through the use of

things like sandpaper or steel wool (or even paint effects).

Just for future reference. ;)

What? Not vaccuformed like the ones used at Alien War? ;)

Cool though retrofitting existing tech. Very creative guys!

hehe! tempting, but i dunno, I like it!

Plus, how much would it cost you to recreate it? Probably more than the first one cost I imagine.
