Talks have been like meeting at my contact business at noon to drop off gear or take photos (kind of depends on rain now) then tacos then we could do more pictures if we wanted to but we don't really have a hard timeline.

To clarify, i thought it was drop off gear at Bill's contact. Take helmets and go to taco lunch for a pic or two, then back at the contacts for pictures/meet n greet. Didn't you say there was gonna be some people there?

Yea the venue (mainly my wife) would just like a head count. so she knows what to expect sense she has to unlock the building.

Gotchya...im unfortunately gonna have to count myself tentative until like Friday bc my job just said mandatory OT tomorrow and Friday. With a possible Saturday shift

Should we ponder rescheduling?

My schedule is pretty flexible with the exception of 4th of July and fathers day. I only really have to schedule around family trips which we havnt scheduled any of.

Edit.

Rescheduling also gives me the opportunity to finish more of my armor and weapons/get zelda the weapons they ordered.

I’m pretty sure that rescheduling might be the right course of action. Seeing as how some people are busy with work and various other things are at play, it might be best to try and work towards a different time later this summer when we have a higher chance of people being able to attend.
