280... It really depends on the size of ur head dude



I measured my friends head just before I printed out the helmet, and I did make it bigger 2 so it has some more room for the cushion and possible other electronics as well



But i did have 2 cut the opening on the bottom of the helmet because the hole was 2 small 2 fit my head through



I say measure ur head to its height (might want someone else 2 do this for you) and then decide wether or not you have 2 redo it, cuz

My rookie helmet is 300cm tall also OMG! Anyway you keep me going on my armor and once I see yours I am like WOW I want that! So I start more pepping, I am no where near where you are now but I'm having 4 ODST's so what now! Just kidding but anyway keep it up.



We also need a life size drop pod for the movie . That will be fun!

it was the default scale so i believe it was around the 270 area, I had to stop early because I realized it wasn't going 2 fit

Me (Gunnery Sergeant Valera)

Primary: Assault Rifle (haven't started yet)

Secondary: remake the pistol, but smaller or repaint the pistol flat black



My Friend (Corporal Mendoza 'Radioman'(gonna have a big ol' radiopack))

Primary: Assault Rifle, or Battle Rifle, or may be using the M7 Smg that I already have. (His choice)

Secondary: unknown (Maybe a pistol idk)



My other friend (Pvt. "Zeke" Villaeges ( I think thats how you spell he's name?))

Primary: Battle Rifle, or may be using the M7 Smg that I already have.

Secondary: None right now



My other weirdo Friend (Pvt. Langolf (ODST))

Primary: For now the SMG, until he finishes he's super HD ASSAULT RIFLE

Secondary: SUPER HD ODST M6C SOCOM

Right now we are focusing on the armor, then the primary weapons, then secondary, and ammo packs, grenades, and Medkits last



Hopefully I'll be able 2 finish the Bondo and paint on all of my Marine Pieces 2day, and hopefully start on the strapping on the suit as well

Are ODST build's taking off now or what? xD Your projects looks amazing! I definitely think you should make the pistol a little smaller (even though the master chiefs hands are huge) and definitely flat black for the ODSTs for the marines just have a regular one! Those are my two cents anyways! Good luck and I hope you make your dead line I can't wait to see this finished.

OMG you have names and everything for your guys. I have no clue what our names will be but we have our weapons of choice. So are you planning on a movie also? Cos if your having all those props and everything it sounds like a movie or series. And my amazing project idea was a Life-size ODST drop pod, with working lights and everything (no screens or anything like that) to have in our series and maybe make only make half of one and make it into the ground.



But anyway good luck and let me know what that SECRET WEAPON IS. lol

Lol We are planning on doing a series, and we have a ideas already, and yeah maybe when ur finished with the ODST Drop pod, maybe u could fire from a crusier my way sometime LOL

Anyways... small update when I got back from work there was 3 packages waiting for me and guess what it was...

A fake cigar and a Marine cap WOOOOO!!!...



I also bought the world's strongest magnet, and dude... I pinched myself with tat damn thing when i was trying 2 take it off

YEap its called that, had to look through a pile of trash to find it. (just to let you guys know its pretty damn cheap like around 2 bucks)



Small Update:



I just received my last shipment for the underarmor today, so I should be done with everything for my Marine Armor by this weekend!

I find that comment to be somewhat offensive seeing as how we are on the "Noob Forum". Not everyone is amazing at armour making, they may have veteran status because of there posts regarding technology. Modelers for example, they may make amazing pep pieces that they have built, but at the same time, they may not be cut out for making there modeled work. Not everybody is good at the same thing. So next time, think before you speak. I understand that that was sort of a joke regarding yourself, but none the less, be carefull in what you say man. you may have a bunch of irritated, angry people on your tail. And by the way I am not trying to come down on you or anything, its just like I said, "I" found that comment to be somewhat offensive.

For the Armor, today i got up and had 2 set a contolled environment within the patio of my grandpa's casa (house in spanish) so that paint won't fly everywhere and because it was raining all freaking day man,... I just hate that rain man, just ruins my day

so i finished the painting, and just need 2 finish up the strapping on everything, i should be done by 2night or tomorrow morning for sure
