Order Processing

Hi all.

Last Sunday I bought some products from Smooth-On, and 6 days later as of today, the order status is still Processing. This is my first time ordering from Smooth-On so I don't know the usual time it takes for my order to be shipped, if anyone here are familiar with ordering from them, could you tell me how long it usually takes for the order to be processed?

It should only take one business day to process. If it is more than 2-3 days though, it's probably on backorder.

Of course I've never order from them, so I do not personally know how long that company does take to process.
