Paper Mache and Ducktape??

So I have this question. If you apply paper mache to ducktape, will it cause it to peel off or to warp?

I wouldnt even put it onto scotch tape, scotch tape has a tendency to peel itself off overtime, and with mache as the strength, the suit will peel itself apart.

i used scotch tape to make the helmet then put school glue over it then paper mache it. it worked but there was no detail or any thing.
