PDO to PDF file conversion issue/help needed

Hi all,

I have a pattern in Pepakura that I would like to print in pattern size. I do not have a printer and was trying to send it to a pattern printing shop. I turned the files into PDF and they went from A4 to standard letter printing size. I have checked all my settings and don't know what to do about it. Are there shops (I'm in the US) that work with PDO files? Ideally, I'd like it to be in A0 format. Can someone help me figure it out?

I don't know much about Pepakura, but have you tried saving to PDF via the system dialogue? I know with my laptop, everytime I wanted to print something, I'd have to jump into the advanced settings and change the size/intake slot because it never saved it (Windows 10).

Doubt any shops would work with .pdo's because it's such an uncommon file type for them to work with.
