Pep scaling question

Is there any way to find out what lengths specific edges are in pep? For instance, I'm trying to find out just the measure of the neck opening for the chest piece. Is there any way to find this out, or am I just gonna have to guess scale it based on body measures and proportion calculations?

You could print out JUST those pieces on some scrap paper, and then measure that gap.

I did that on a helmet and i could get it over my head, However when i printed the whole helmet and started building it it was going to be HUGE, like a human wooble head. So this could not work all the time.
