Props Pepakura Texturing Problems

First of all, I posted this here because the pepakura I'm making is sort of a prop. So sorry if it's in the wrong section.

Anyway, I'm making a software box. I modeled and textured it in Sketchup, then saved it as a Google Earth 4 kmz file.
This is what it looks like in Sketchup:

But it looks like this in pep when I flip the faces and load one image:

By the way, in pep it only has UVs for one material (but six slots for some reason) so that's why one image covers the whole thing:


Is there any way to fix this?
 
I would recommend adjusting the model to use a single texture. It's more efficient to package the texture's together and then UV it based on that combined texture.
 
Thanks. Do you know of any good (and free) UV software? Or a good tutorial on how to do it in Blender?
 
Well you could do it easaly in blender. there are plenty of tuts on youtube of it.
But you do know that you wont be able to read the small text probably if you made the pdo file. They have a upgrade for firma's on tamasoft tho. So its more detailed
