can some one plz scale me the waste part of the master chief costume because when I first did the waste I did it iwth
regular paper and about a week ago i went and got some card stock by I need a 36 by 34 waste

Not to be a jerk but you must have a big head/are really tall, or you left the neck on.

If all else fails, measure the distance from between your legs to your belly button, subtract 3 cm and input that for assembled height.

im 6' tall and i dont have a big head but how do i do the thighs becuz they dont fit on to one paper
