After resin/glassing, you do it right before painting, so it's

resin/glass
dry
body filler
dry
sand it to smooth it
add detail
paint

You have to remember that after you paint you let it dry too.

Don't want to have a green bodysuit, or worse, a green hand/foot/thigh/head...
