Alright guys, i know a few of you people hiding out there are Photoshop Pros, so heres my question, I took this picture today :

I really like it, minus one thing, the shaft of light on her face, is there a way to get rid of it? if you can do it, id be very thankful, but id also like an explaination of how, if possible.

Psssh, same effect and concept. It was actually just a color match of the darker skin area where most of her face is the same dark grey, then I painted over her face (makeuppartyomgyay) and blended it in with multiple layers, some blurring, erasing, bluring, layers, and less than 5 minutes of nothing.

Hmmmm 1 minute with the burn and dodge tool made the same effect which took 5 minutes......why didnt I think of just darkening her skin by burning it......:/

thanks, i just went in and touched it up further, thanks to your help, i was able to do an adjustment layer on it (the contrast was too much before)
