pilot helmet...

hello , i am planning on making the Marine/pilot helmet from H3, and realized the visor on the face is kind of weird, as it jutts out the front a little bit.

yeah, sorry my computer wasn't letting me post the pic. as you can see the front juts out, so how would i avoid that crack in the middle of the visor and the respirator thing?

Just place the visor behind the whole opening. Your not going to want to cut that out, that be difficult to do. I would just place the whole thing in there then use a heat gun and form it into shape.
