Please help with pepakura

ok I have the files and Pepakura program but, there;s one thing that's holding me back... What's the kind of paper I use to print the designs onto? If someone can tell me this I can finally start making my suit. Please help me, Thanks.

110lb cardstock paper is the best. Any paper will "Work" but 110 cardstock is the best
