I still think this is the best modeled prop from a video game ever made. It looks fantastic. I mean it is perfect. Literally. It is just beyond the ability to be described. Thats how good it is. I love it. This absolutley WAS a triumph. I am making a note here HUGE SUCCESS. It is REALLY hard to overstate my satisfaction.

Thanks for the compliments guys! Right now, I'm only making 5 copies. Thats likely going to stay at that limited run for a while, since I have a ton on my plate. The possibility of doing a run might be much further down the road if at all. If I do a run, it will just be a kit - not completed guns.



So, here's how the molds ended up looking. I tried fiberglass this time instead of plasti-paste. Much lighter, but I should probably have gone with 2 layers of cloth instead of one. Since its a 3-part mother mold, its actually still quite sturdy, but a 2-part wouldn't be as solid.

Of the 5 copies, 3 are claimed. 2 will be available to purchase through auctions later on; one will be auctioned through Penny Arcade's "Child's Play" charity event this November/December.



I need more shelf space. These are living on the floor right now:
