I got this from a firm in Miami. It's applied to a very thin piece of plastic, probably acetate or something.
It's self-adhesive, gold, mirrored, and you can see out the dark side like it's very light sunglasses. If the back-side is dark, it's impossible to see what's there, i.e. the inside of a helmet.
I've already asked them about the physical properties, but it's window tint, which means it can be heated and stretched..
