Hello everyone I was just wondering what type of paper card you guys use to print off because the type of card I am using is not going well with my printer?

Cheers

Not having printed off anything "armour / full size" yet myself.
But I do have some experience with 00 gauge railway stuff.
I generally use 300gsm card, but print on standard 80gsm paper and "stick/glue" that onto the card, mainly because my printer cant handle anything over 280gsm.
Its one option, if your having issues

I printed all my suit on 160 gsm card. My printer handled it just fine and it was easy to cut, fold, and glue.

I would say be carful because it is still quite lightweight and can deform under the weight of resin on the first coat.

I used this resin for the primary inside and outside http://www.easycomposites.co.uk/#!/...sin/fast-cast-polyurethane-casting-resin.html

It sets in minuets so if you have to hold anything because of deformation when the resin makes it wet it is ideal. The 2kg kit goes a very long way as well.
