Question about Halo 3...

Ok, so, last time i checked, werent the grunts on the Arbiter's side? So how come in the screenshots they're with the brutes? Im just plain confused now.

The grunts go with whoevers in charge. Used to be the Elites... not any more.

Well, the majority of the grunts were forced to stay with the Brutes. A small portion of them stayed with the Arbiter and his group of branded "Heretics". Just as some of the Elites still hold what the Prophets say to be true, and are still Covenant Loyalists, our allies are the Covenant Separatists.
