Quick Question On Mark 6 Chest Plate

when i build it with pepakura should i leave in the front half and back half when i resin/fiberglass it. or should i build the whole thing and resin/fiberglass it as a whole

well i built mine whole and fiberglass it whole then i just cut a line down the strap so i could fit in it. check out my mkvi [topic=19576]click here[/topic]

build completely, resin outside, then inside, fiberglass inside, bondo certain parts outside.

I resin the whole outside at once but people say its better when you resin parts at a time, lessen the chance of warping. But I haven't had that problem yet.

good answer grim_killer i would have done the same to prevent the warping between the joints of the front and back turst me less stress that what happend on my first chest pice hopeu succeed good luck (thumbs up ) and WELCOME TO THE 405TH
