No. At most, they will say they can handle cardstock but that usually means 67#, not 110#. When in doubt, go for HP printers. They have a setting that will allow you to print premium heavy cardstock. All HP printers that I ever used and owned can handle 110# cardstock. The same can't be said for other printers (*cough!* Samsung *cough!*).
I have a Lexmark x2600 inkjet that just plows thru cardstock. It works great and pumps out pages fast, with crisp lines. The downside, is that with inkjet you have to wait a couple minutes for the ink to dry. But that's it.
